Wondering about your level?
There are a couple of easy ways to find out! First, you can take our online level assessment test, available on our website. This quick test will give you a clear idea of your level, whether that’s beginner, post-beginner, pre-intermediate, or beyond.
You can also schedule a quick call with our teacher, who will assess your level in just a few minutes by chatting with you in Spanish.
Once we have your assessment results, we’ll reach out with personalized recommendations on courses that match your level perfectly.
Can I switch to a different level if I start a course and realise it doesn’t match my skill level?
If the course feels too easy or challenging, just let us know after your first class. We’ll work with you to find the perfect fit so you can feel confident moving forward. Remember, transfers are only available up until the second class, so don’t hesitate to reach out early!
How many students are in each class?
At Quedamos Languages, classes are kept small and interactive, with around 3 to 8 students per group. This ensures plenty of personal attention and a supportive learning environment!
Are there any discounts?
Quedamos Languages offers a 15% discount for new students. However, there are no discounts for missed classes.
What is the Quedamos Academy platform, and when will I receive access to it?
Quedamos provides an online learning platform where teachers upload class materials, activities covered, homework, and additional resources. You’ll receive your login details before the first session.
What do I need for an online session?
-A stable internet connection
-A desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
-A webcam (built-in or external)
-A built-in microphone or a headset with a mic
Before the course begins, we’ll send you full details on joining live lessons through Zoom and registering on our online platform.
Can I join halfway through the course block?
Yes of course! You’re welcome to join at any time and only pay for the remaining classes of that block.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Group Lessons: If you miss a group lesson, we will provide you with the lesson materials and homework to ensure you stay on track.
